Rule #3: After that, learn the different ways of throwing the frisbee to get by the defenders.

Rule #4: Put together a team.

Rule #5: Find another team to play with.

Rule #6: Short passes are key to win in Ultimate Frisbee.

Rule #7: Only pass long if you have an open person.

Rule #8: Taunt opponents when you are winning.

Rule #9: Overly score on your opponents.

Rule #10: Have Fun!!!... if you won.

Defense

Rule #1: Make weird noises to distract your opponents.

Rule #2: Stick to the offensive players like glue.

Rule #3: Don't let the anybody go deep.

Rule #4: Be very aggressive when playing defense.

Rule #5:When Frisbee is in the air try to swat the Frisbee down.

Rule #6: try to catch the Frisbee if its in the air.

Rule #7: Give the thrower no chance to throw the frisbee.

Rule #8: Have no mercy when playing defense.

Rule #9: Destroy people if they have the Frisbee.

Rule #10: Have Fun!!!... if you won.
