GIZMO Instructions

Gizmos are the labs or projects for math and science classes. This program allows you to SEE the math or science concepts in action. Please follow these instructions so you get credit for your work.

1. Get an instructor to sign you up for the Gizmo Class you need or Log In if you have a class
2. For each Gizmo you need to follow these steps:
   • "Launch Gizmo" to start that lesson
   • "Exploration Guide" to see the questions that help you run the Gizmo
   • "Print This Page" so you can ANSWER the questions as you learn to run the Gizmo (these are GRADED!)
   • Once you understand the concept(s) taught by the Gizmo you take the Assessment at the bottom of the page
   • "Check Your Answers" when you are done with the Assessment (you can only take this test ONCE, so if you don't know an answer, use the Gizmo to figure it out - don't guess!)
   • PRINT you Assessment results
3. STAPLE the Assessment print out on top of your Exploration Guide and TURN IT IN!
